- Repeal the state income tax contemplated under SB 6346.
- End qualified immunity for state actors and require officials to acquire umbrella liability insurance. This creates a shared incentive among all state agents to ensure their legislation and actions are constitutionally legal or their premiums rise. Moreover, it creates a mechanism for those harmed by illicit state action to receive relief at the expense of state agents rather than taxpayers.
- Repeal HB 1296 which undermined the voter approved parents rights initiative 2081.
- Repeal SB 5925 and HB 2156 which grants the attorney generals office sweeping authority over private information in violation of our 4th amendment rights.
- Repeal SB 5974 which allows bureaucrats to fire our elected sheriffs.
- Repeal HB 1240 (2024) which banned certain firearms from sale within Washington state.
- Repeal the certificate of need, which allows the state to decide when a healthcare provider may open or not.
- Repeal certain monopoly protections for utility providers which prevent private land owners from selling energy generated by private solar panels.
- Repeal SB 5375 which compelled clergy to violate the seal of confession.
- End and ban the use of Flock camera’s throughout Washington State.
